Begin to brown turkey on a large saucepan. When thurkey is half done stir in onions, peppers and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, water and seasonings and simmer 5 min.2. Stir in pasta, reduce heat to a low simmer and cook 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.3. While pasta is cooking, mix cottage cheese, parm, egg & seasonings. When pasta is tender drop cheese mixture by 1T measuring spoon on top of the simmering sauce.
