Season with salt, pepper, & onion powder. Finely chopped into really small cubes or minced cubes. In olive oil, saute ham until almost crispy & remove pieces from oil. Add tbsp of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter to remaining oil in pan. Add brussels sprout to pan, cut side down. On medium heat, I cook the cut side until it is browned. Once brown, I add sugar (to taste), balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and stir all this together. I add the cut grape tomatoes and ham. I stir those in until just lightly warmed and then transfer to serving bowl. (Tomatoes will continue to warm but not cook.
