Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add egg whites, banana, walnuts and applesauce. Stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
