* Tequila, 3 oz optional (use the Best)
* Banana Leaves optional (use foil) (Mexican Store)

(2 if needed)Pour 1/2 of the mixture into bag with pork.Marinade for min 1 hour or more.Line Banana Leaves in a large baking pan.Place Marinaded Pork with juice in center of pan, then pour remaining mixture over the top. Adding the 2 whole Jalapeno peppers.Cover the pork with the Banana leaves.Cover entire pan with heavy foil, pinching the edges down not to let out any moisture during cooking process.Cook @ 325 degrees for 4-6 hrs til done. Let rest for 10 minutes then Pull ApartServe Pulled with rice and beans.
