Here is how you make BBQ Baby Back Ribs:

1. Spray inside slow cooker with cooking spray.2. Remove inner skin from ribs. Mix brown sugar, salt & pepper, liquid smoke and garlic and rub mixture all over ribs. Cut into 4 rib pieces. 3. Place ribs and onions in slow cooker and pour soda over the top.4. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker. Drain and discard liquid.1. Set oven broiler setting to HIGH setting. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
