1. In small frying pan with a lid. Put water in the frying pan and heat to a soft boil. Add sausages to the pan, cook for about 10 minutes covered with pan lid.2. Taking lid off pan and add the sliced mushrooms and put lid back on the pan. Cooking until the water nearly all gone and most of what you have left in the pan is fat from the sausages. Remove sausages from the pan with tongs. 3. Using a slotted spoon remove the mushrooms. Pour out the leftover fat into a heat proof container. Place pan back on the heat, turning down the heat to low. Add the baked beans to the pan, cook for a few minutes. 4. While they are heating up, slice the sausages into 4 pieces and add to the pan.
