Heat EVOO in soup pot. Add bacon and brown. Add onion, celery and garlic and cook until softened. Add corn. Add spices. Drain 1 can of beans. Smash half the can of beans and add all to pot. Add second can of beans without draining. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
