3 cups cabbage shredded or coarse chop

Here is how you make Kielbasa Bean Twist:

slice Kielbsa into 1/2 inch slices, saute in pan with garlic and onion, you may choose to use a tablespoon of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) or not. Add carrots and continue to saute until carrots are a little softer, add Diced Tomatoes, Kidney beans and Mrs. Dash to taste, add the rotini and mix well, you may need to add a little water but no more than 1/4th cup. Then add the cabbage, try to stir a little then place a lid on top. Let cook on med heat, stiring occasionally.
