2 cup Napa Cabbage, shredded
12 spears Asparagus, in 2" pieces
6 medium Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cup, sliced Zucchini
4 Tbs Kikkoman Black Bean Sauce, mixed in 1/2 c water
2 Tbs Argo Cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup Broth or water

Here is how you make Beef and Veggies in Black Bean sauce:

Marinate beef in garlic and soy sauce [if time allows]. Prep all veggies for ease of assembly. Cook beef in small batches in oil, remove from pan and set aside. Add more oil to pan, add onions, chestnuts and pea pods. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add cabbages and asparagus. Cook 5 minutes, add mushrooms and zucchini. Cook 5 more minutes. Add diluted black bean sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Return beef to pan, mix well, add cornstarch mix. Let boil 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
