1 can rotel tomatoes
1 small can green chili's
8 whole wheat tortillas
Sauce:
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup flour
2 TBLS chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
2.5 cups chicken or beef broth (reduced sodium)
