1. Grill the Sausages until cooked - cut into large chunks and leave to one side.2. Heat oil in a large pan (with a lid) and soften the garlic, onion and pepper until starting to colour.3. Add tomatoes, tin full of water, mixed beans and chilli & cayenne or paprika (if using) - bring to the boil.4. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add half the basil and sausages - simmer for approximately 15 minutes.5. Check seasoning and add remaining basil, allow to wilt.6.
