Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), .25 cup slices
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block
*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
Garlic, 4 tsp
Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped


How Do I Make Bean Sprout Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Bean Sprout Stir-Fry:

Preparing the Tofu:Squeeze the moisture from the Tofu, rinse and repeat. Chop into cubes and put on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 325 for about 15 minutes so get excess moisture out. Remove the tofu from the oven and brown in a pan. Once the Tofu is slightly browned remove from the pan and set aside.Stir Fry:Add all veggies into the pan and add seasonings and soy sauce. Cook until tender and over a medium flame, add Tofu about half way through, pile the Veggies on top of it and sprinke Soy Sauce. Stir often and carefully so you do not break up the Tofu.
