1 can Trader Joes Cuban style Black Beans
chili powder (to taste)
Tapatio salsa (optional)

How Do I Make Vegetarian Black Bean Burritos?

Here is how you make Vegetarian Black Bean Burritos:

Heat oil in large frying pan. Saute onions about 5 minutes. Add chopped zucchini. Season with garlic powder. Saute until soft. Add drained corn and black beans. Season with chili powder. When mixture is warm and bubbly set aside. Slightly warm tortilla shells (on a griddle or in the microwave) Set tortilla shell on plate and put about 2 big spoons of filling on shell. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Fold filling into tortilla shell and place on griddle to toast each side.Continue with all 8 burritos.
