Makes 8 patties1. Mix cooked brown rice, fat free refried beans, chopped onion, ground flax seed, egg, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix. Add bread crumbs until mixture is able to be formed into patties.2. Using a nonstick pan, panfry patties carefully (they will crumble if handled too much) in olive oil.3. When patties are browned, carefully remove from pan and put on plate to cool.4. Freeze in a single layer on cookie sheet and wrap individually. Store in freezer. When you want a veggie burger.
