Makes: Twelve (12) - 1 cup servings (approx.)*** PREPARATION ***Cut the Stewing Beef into smaller pieces if desired; cooking time will vary depending on Meat & Potato size.MARINADE: - Stewing Beef with your favourite Steak or BBQ Sauce and a couple splashes of Worchester Sauce (approx 1 tsp). Leave Stewing Beef to marinade until you add the meat to the pot.ROUGHLY CHOP: - Onion & Potatoes into triangles (or cubes if preferred) 1" across - Carrots & Celery into sections 1/2" across.*** COOKING ***In a MEDIUM POT..
