2 lbs. small red potatoes

lemon pepper seasoning
chicago steak seasoning

1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. beef broth

Here is how you make Roast Beef Sirloin with potatoes and carrots:

Preheat oven to 350. Sear roast in pan. Rub roast with olive oil and place in roasting pan. Sprinkle roast with lemon pepper, chicago seasoning and garlic powder. Sprinkle fresh tyme and rosemary to top of roast. Press seasoning into the roast.Cover pan and place in the oven to roast for 1 hour. Meanwhile, wash and slice carrots and potatoes. Season carrots and potatoes with salt and garlic powder. Remove roast from oven and pour red wine and broth into pan. Place potatoes and carrots around roast and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, onion flakes and pepper. Return roast to oven and cook an additional 60 minutes.Remove roast and veggies from pan.
