In a large dutch oven, add olive oil and beef and brown meat on medium heat. Add celery and onion and water. Flavor with soy and worcestershire, and gravy. Let simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Add carrots cook until almost tender. Add pototoes and cook until tender. Just before serving add peas and corn. Serve.
