Add the onion into a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray.Toss the beef with the flour and then add to the warm pan. Sear the meat quickly just giving it a nice brown color on the outside. Add the meat to the crockpot. Mix Lipton Soup mix, red wine, and water. Pour over the meat. OPTIONAL: Fresh rosemary on top. Turn crock pot on low for 8 hours.
