2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin

Separately whir mushrooms, onion, garlic, and celery in a food processor until finely chopped. In a slow cooker mix together beef, chopped vegetables, broth, tomato paste, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours until vegetables become extremely tender and practically melt into the meat. Stir thoroughly, breaking up any remaining chunks of meat. Serve with tortillas.
