5 Cardomom
1 small Javitri
handful of Coriander Leaves
Handful of Mint leaves
Yoghurt

For Rice:
3.25 Cups Basmati Rice Soaked in water for 1 hour then medium COOK
with 2 sticks of cinnamon
2 cardomom
2 Bayleaf
4 Black Pepper
Salt

for seasoning:
5 tbspn Oil
5 Onions thinly cut fried till brown in the oil
1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
cumin seeds

For garnishing:

Ghee 4 tbspn on the top
Saffron/ Kesar soaked in milk
coriander finely chopped
Mint Finely chopped






How Do I Make Hyderabadi Biryani?

Here is how you make Hyderabadi Biryani:

heat the oil in a deep bottom vessel and add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and 1/3 fried onions. Add the marinated Meat into the vessel cover and let it cook on slow flame. Once tender, layer with some of the 1/3 fried onion, meat ,the chopped coriander and mint then put 1/3 cooked riceagain layer with 1/3 fried onions, meat, chopped coriander and mint then put the remaining ricefinally garnish with the remaining coriander and mint and fried onions, saffron milk and fried cashew. Sprinkle some water for the rice to cook completely nowCover up with the lid. Seal the lead if possible with a wheat dough.
