Let sit until foamy, approximately 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except oil, and mix well. Turn out on a board and knead for 5-8 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Turn in oiled bowl until oiled on all sides. Cover with a towel and allow to rise in a warm, draft free area until doubled in size. Usually it takes an hour or so. Punch the dough down and shape into desired loaf style. Placed on baking sheet sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with a little corn meal.
