1 cup fat free buttermilk

1 Tbsp. oregano

Here is how you make Olive Bread:

Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add onion to pan and saute 3 min or until tender. Measure out flours, baking soda, and salt and combine in a large bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine buttermilk, butter and egg whites, stirring with a whisk. Add buttermilk mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Fold in onion, olives, and oregano. Spread batter into a 8x4 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 min in pan, remove from pan and cook on wire rack.
