5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
6 cups Unbleached White flour

How Do I Make Pumpkin Seed Bread?

Here is how you make Pumpkin Seed Bread:

In a mixing bowl put the oil, sugar, yeast and water. Allow Yeast to bud. Mix remaining dry ingredients in to a separate container. Add the dry ingredients to moist ingredients. Mix by hand or by mixer with a bread hook. If kneading by hand, knead for 5 to 6 minutes. If mixing by mixer, mix until dough forms a ball and is elastic.Let dough rise until double in size (about an hour). Form into loaves, and put in loaf bread pans and let rise until double in size again. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.This recipe makes 3 nice big loaves!!!
