6 oz. Top Sirloin, cut in slices
1 cup sliced onion, mix of red and spanish
300 grams (about 2 cups) broccoli
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup red bell pepper
2 Tablespoons A1 Marinade
1 Tablespoon Garlic Tariyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Here is how you make Quick Steak with broccoli Teriyaki:

Makes about 4 cups (695 grams), which I put into two servings. 1. If using frozen veggies, thaw first. 2. Slice the meat into about a dozen thin slices, about 1/4 " thick. Add to a bowl with the sliced onion, minced garlic and about half the A1 marinade, the spices, the 1 Tbs of Teriyaki Sauce and the red wine vinegar. Stir well and let marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Add the olive oil to a hot, non stick pan and get it hot. Add most of the onions out of the beef mixture, with a bit of salt, to the oil and sautee till they wilt and start to brown lightly. 4. Add the beef slices and the marinade to the pan, cover and cook about 1 minute on high heat. Then reduce to a simmer and let cook another 4-5 minutes. 5. Add the thawed broccoli (if using fresh, steam it first for a couple minutes till it's al dente; it should still be bright green and not fully cooked but about half cooked). Add the broccoli to the pan, adding a bit of the broccoli water if needed, and turn heat up to high. When the sauce starts to bubble, stir, cover and turn down to a simmer. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is cooked to your liking. Serve over 1/2 cup of brown rice with a side salad of spring greens and tomato for a large and satisfying meal.
