Surf:In small bowl mix egg, hot sauce, & about a tbs of water. Add in flour & mix. Add water 1 tbs at a time until the mixture is soupy but still thick. Meanwhile heat oil in small sauce pan. Dip Shrimp in mixture then fry until golden brown.Turf:Mix Italian sausge, ground turkey, McCormick seasoning, and worchestershire sauce together. Form into 8 small (about 4 oz) patties.
