Here is how you make Chickpea Burgers:

1. Combine chickpeas, onion, milk, flour, flaxseed, oregano, cumin, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until a chunky paste forms. Scrape down sides every few pulses. (You may need to add more milk or more flour/flaxseed depending on mixture's consistency. IT should be pliable like ground beef patties). Form into 4 equal-size patties. Dust with a little nutmeg, if desired.2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties in oil and cook until crisp on one side, about 5-7 minutes. (If you don't wait to make sure a crust forms, the patties may fall apart).3. Flip and cook on the other side another 4-6 minutes.4.
