2 Tsp chopped/Minced Garlic ( for burgers and guacomole)
1 lb of 93% Lean Beef or Ground Turkey, or Ground Buffalo
1 to 2 limes ( for burgers and guacomole)
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion ( for burgers and guacomole)
1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro ( for burgers and guacomole)
4 oz Cheddar Cheese
4 Hamburger Buns or 4 WW Pita Bread halves

You can use the avocado and add some diced tomato, lime juice, and onion or garlic to make your own guacomole.

I mix in the lime, onion, garlic and cilantro with the ground meat....make about five burger patties :)
