Taco seasoning, cumin and garlic

How Do I Make Healthy Burrito?

Here is how you make Healthy Burrito:

Chop tomato, slice avocado, and pour salsa into small bowls. Turn the stove to medium-high heat and place the turkey in a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. Cook until the meat is brown and sprinkle lightly with taco seasoning. Mince two garlic cloves and place in a smaller pan with small amount of olive oil. Cook the garlic on medium heat until it sizzles, then add the can of rinsed black beans. Stir and sprinkle with cumin. When bean mixture boils, it is done. Heat tortillas in the microwave.
