In a large skillet, add olive oil and kielbasa and cook over medium high heat until browned. Remove kielbasa with a slotted spoon and add apple sauce to pan to deglaze. Cook onions in the same skillet over medium high for 2 minutes and add cabbage and cook until tender. At the same time prepare pasta per package directions.
