1.5 tsp Old Bay 30% Less Sodium Seasoning

Here is how you make Betty's MD Crab Cakes:

Makes 3 generous servings of 2 crab cakes each or more if you make smallerCrumble the 5 crackers & pour a little milk over just enough to make them soft. Note: I used Almond Milk which is not calculated in the total calories. I would guess 1-2 Tbsp of milk.I check crab meat for shells & discard them. Add all ingredients and mix together. I spray my cooking pan with Pam. Form the crab cakes & cook low to medium for about 10 minutes. Then flip them over and cook another 10 minutes.Serve while hot.
