Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
Tilapia filet, 8 oz
Whole Oysters 1 Can, 2 serving
Baby Clams 1 Can, 2 serving
Chicken Bouillon, 3 cubes
Water, tap, 8 cups

How Do I Make Caldo De Mariscos?

Here is how you make Caldo De Mariscos:

Cut all veggies into bite sized pieces. Place liquid from clams and oysters and water into a soup pot and bring to a boil. Add Bouillon. I use 2 cubes of chicken and tomato and 1 cube of shrimp. Once the bouillon is disolved add onion, garlic, carrot, corn, cilantro and jalapeno. The jalapeno can be added more or less as desired. Once the carrot is softened, add remaining veggies and cook a couple minutes. Lastly add the clams, oysters, shrimp and tilapia bring back to a boil and simmer until the shrimp and fish are cooked.
