1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can cannellini (white) beans, rinsed and drained
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
14 oz chicken broth
spices to taste
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
3/4 cup skim milk

Here is how you make Comfort Food Casserole:

Preheat oven to 400. Slice sausage into half circles. Brown in large skillet and set aside. Cook chicken in same skillet until done, then add sausage back in. Add beans, tomatoes, broth, and desired spices to skillet and boil. Place in 2-2.5 quart baking dish. Mix cornbread and milk and pour over top. (Looks messy!) Bake 30-35 minutes.
