Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta just before al dente. Saute all chopped vegetables and spices together until onions start to become translucent. Mix sauted veggies with drained pasta and ham in a casserole dish . Add soup, sour cream and cheese - fold it all gently until evenly mixed. Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
