Cook noodles according to pkg directions.Thinly Slice Sausage and set aside. Spray 9X13 glass dish w/ Pam and pour cooked noodles in dish. Layer with American Cheese. Layer green beans on top of noodles and cheese. Next, cover green beans w/ sour cream. Top with thinly sliced sausage.
