Brown hamburger and turkey. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer with drained meat 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta. Layer pasta, spinach, sauce, sour cream, and provolone cheese in 2 8X8 greased square casseroles pans. (2 layers). Top with mozzarella. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
