18 Mission Yellow Corn Tortillas, cut into strips
2 cans Fat Free Refried Beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes and Chilies
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Here is how you make Chicken Burrito Casserole:

Prepare chicken, debone and chop into small pieces. Cut Tortillas into strips and place layer in bottom of 10x13 pan (sprayed with Canola Oil spray). In separate bowl, mix refried beans, tomatoes and chilies, and tomato sauce. Layer tortilla strips, bean mix, chicken, then repeat.
