Mix Sour Cream and Jerk Seasoning. Put into plastic bag with chicken drumsticks. Make sure each drumstick is evenly coated. Let sit for 20 minutes or more. If longer, refrigerate while marinating. In blender add Chicarrones and grind until small sizes for coating. Add Coconut and blend together. Put into another plastic bag. Add Chicken and shake until evenly coated with Chicarrone mixture.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put chicken on a sheet pan with a rack. Put into oven for 45 minutes, turning once half way through.Remove to counter to cool.
