1/2 package taco seasoning
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup water

Here is how you make My Favorite Chicken Enchiladas:

Cut chicken in strips and boil for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, and then shred.In a small pot, mix sour cream, soup, and chili powder, and place over medium-low heat, stirring until well-mixed. Heat until mixture is just barely, gently boiling. Turn off heat.In a larger pot, melt butter and saut? onions until translucent. Add shredded chicken, green chilis, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and water. Simmer for about ten minutes. Remove from heat, and add half of the sour cream and soup mixture. Mix well.Place the rest of the sour cream mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, and spread evenly.In each tortilla, place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and fold over the tortilla, making a thick enchilada. Place fold side down in the pan. Repeat until all tortillas are used.Pour enchilada sauce evenly over all the enchiladas.
