How Do I Make Lemon white wine chicken with greenbeans and couscous?

Here is how you make Lemon white wine chicken with greenbeans and couscous:

Put 2 tbsp EVOO in a large frying pan, heat to medium high. you want to keep that pan hot!salt evenly the 4 chicken breasts using 1/2 tsp salt.add half of your black pepper as well. you want the chicken well seasoned. Place chicken in the pan so that it is flat and not piled on each other, do batches if you have to.DO NOT MOVE THE CHICKEN. you need a crust to form on the pan which will later add a ton of flavor to the dish.sprinkle half of the dried minced onion and half of the garlic powder over the top of the chicken.keep an eye on it and once the water is all sizzled out and you see the sides of the top starting to cook, flip. again, don't move that chicken. after that side gets nice and browned, remove. Do not worry if chicken is not cooked through, you'll reintroduce it to heat later. keep the chicken in a seperate dish as to not cross contaminate and allow the juices to pool up.in the pan, add the lemon juice. allow it to reduce to half the amount, use a wooden spoon to scrape up the bits and deglaze the pan. Then add white wine. Allow that to reduce to a thick liquid. Concentrating these flavors in stages adds depth. Now that there is not much liquid in the pan, add 2 cups chicken stock and turn the temp up to high. Also at this point cut your chicken into strips or small chunks (think small bite sized but large enough where it doesn't get lost) and pour the chicken and scrape all the juices that are on the plate and cutting board into the pot as well. Bring it all to a boil. once boiling add remaining spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, and the sprigs of fresh herbs). do not worry about the sprigs, we'll pick them out later.Once that is stirred, pour in the couscous, cover the pot, and drop to low or turn off completely. If you have an electric stove, i'd change burners all together.Leave it covered, don't take that cover off. Wait 10 mins or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Fold it over a few times to give everything a good stir (grab those sprigs as you see them, remember how many you put in). dump your frozen greenbeans on top, fold those in and leave on low for 5-10 minutes or until ready to serve. the remaining heat will cook your veggies. If you have a few calories to spare, top with some grated parmesan. Enjoy!Serving Size:?Split product into 4. makes 4 large bowls
