8 oz cremini mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup broccoli florets

1. Begin cooking rice.2. Zest lemon to measure 2 tsp; set aside. Juice lemon to measure 3 tbsp. Grate ginger to measure 2 tsp.3.
