Put chicken inside a zip lock bag and pound with meat mallet until chicken is 1/4" thick.Remove from bag and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.Mix flour, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in plastic bag. Add chicken. Mix well, Shake off excess coating.Cooking: Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
