1/4 cup red tomato diced
1/2 cup yellow onion diced
1/2 tsp. course ground black pepper

1 chicken breast (bone and skin removed)
3 1/2 cups water (for chicken)

Here is how you make Homemade Chicken N Rice:

1. Cut chicken into .5" cubes and put into pot with 3 1/2 cups of water. Add yellow onion, tomato, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.2. Make the rice in a separate pot. Bring water to a boil with the rice in the water. After it starts to boil, bring the water to a simmer and cover with a lid for 15-20 minutes, then take the lid off and let rice cook for 5 minutes.3. When rice is done, the chicken mix will be also. Strain the chicken mix and pour back into same pot with the can of cream of chicken soup. Bring to boil.4. Pour the rice into the chicken mix.5.
