1 tsp olive oil
3 links, Chicken spinach asiago sausage, crumbled
1 diced onion
9 whole wheat lasagne noodles (Cooked per pkg instructions)
4 lg hard boiled eggs, grated
2 cups fresh spinach
8 oz part skim mozzerella, grated
2 tbls Parmesan Cheese

Here is how you make Spinach, Asiago Chicken Sausage and Egg Lasagna:

Saute onion and sausage in chicken broth and olive oil until onion is tender. Mix into Sauce. Spread some sauce in bottom of 13" baking pan. Layer 3 lasagne noodles on top of sauce. Layer 1/2 of spinach, and 1/2 of grated egg on noodles. Top with sauce and 1/3 mozzerella. Add another layer of noodles, remaining spinach and egg. Top with 1/3 mozzerella and sauce. Top with remaining noodles. Spread rest of sauce on noodles. Top with remaining mozzerella and parmesan.Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
