Here is how you make Rainbow Chard with Chickpeas:

Heat olive oil on medium heat in a deep skillet, add chopped stems and diced onions. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Add drained chickpeas, stir and turn heat to medium/high. Once heat is increased, add white wine and immediately add chopped stems. Use tongs to combine ingredients. Cover skillet and let greens wilt for 4 to 5 minutes. Toss with salt & pepper.
