Crumble and cook ground beef, drain2. Peel and chop onion into bite sized chunks3. Core and chop bell peppers into bite sized chunks(remove seeds from core and save the seeds, throw away the core/stem piece.)4. Open all cans and packet of seasoning5. Drain Kidney beans if desired.6. Dump everything (seeds included) into a very large pot or crock pot.
