How Do I Make LAMBAN's Craveable Vegetarian Chili?

Here is how you make LAMBAN's Craveable Vegetarian Chili:

1. Open one of the cans of kidney beans and smash them in the can with a potato masher or a fork. The skins should be broken and the beans should look like a thick paste.2. In a covered, large stew pot under medium heat, add both cans of kidney beans (smashed and whole), the stewed tomatoes, 1/2 of the chili powder, and all of the peppers.3. In a skillet, with a tablespoon of olive oil, brown and chop into bite-sized chunks, the "ground beef." Add the rest of the chili powder, the onions, and garlic. The "beef" should be fully cooked (untili it is not chewy or raw tasting or looking).4. When the bean mixture has simmered for about 5 minutes, add the browned "beef" and onion mixture. 5.
