When heated, add onion and bell pepper, cook for a few minutes until they start to turn translucent. Add garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes (undrained), spices, broth, and all beans. Cook til hot, then simmer as long as you want. Add more liquid (water/broth/beer) if needed.
