Makes 16 1-cup servings Two options.1. Throw it all in the crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours. season to taste.OR 2. In a large pot- using cooking spray, saute the onions, pepper, carrots until tender. Add garlic, zucchini and squash. Add chili seasoning. Now add the rest of your ingredients and bring to boil. Then simmer for about 45 minutes until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.Season to taste with Tobaso or cayenne, or red pepper flakes.
