Here is how you make Vegetarian Chili with Mushrooms:

Prep: Slice the mushrooms, mince the onion and garlic. Rinse the beans to get the salt out. In a large pan heat olive oil. Place mushrooms and onion in the pan to cook before adding the other ingrediants. You may need to add more olive oil depending on how many mushrooms you use. Once they are tender add the rest of the ingrediants: beans, tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt, herb seasoning, seasoning packet and Boca Crumbles.
