1 small package mushrooms sliced
2 cans black beans drained
2 cans kernel corn drained
1 can Canellini White Kidneys 19 oz. drained

Brown beef with onions, garlic, worcestershire and oil for around 10 minutes.Add seasonings.Add peppers and saute 5 minutes.Add cans of tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.Saute in seperate pan zucchini, squash, and musrooms until soft and add to pot.Add beans and corn and water. Salt to taste.
